SW Chips & Wedges...too much?

Hello,

Firstly, I hope that I have posted this in the correct section.

When I joined last Saturday, it was a taster session and my first experience with SW chips (which are amazing!) So I decided to try them myself at home, and they were amazing!
I've just been looking through my food diary, and I've made them 3 times this week!!! Is this too much? I think it's because it is something new and I've been experimenting with flavours, herbs etc. (I never normally eat this many chips!)

I'm worried now incase it's affected my weight loss, especially on my first week back :-(

Just to add I'm on EE and have been having at least 1 third SS food with every meal (and snack) sometimes 2 thirds.

If you're eating that much Superfree Im sure you'll be fine. It affects people differently. I am a bit of a potato addict and have BIG portions (it always amazes me when I see peoples 'serving' as about 15 chips   A 'serving' to me is the size you would get fromt a proper chippy :sigh:)

So if I'm having SW chips I tend to fill my plate about 2/3 - 3/4 full of them and it *does* make a difference so I limit myself to once a week if I do want chips. But recently I've been making them out of celeriac and swede which are really yummy and Superfree so Im letting myself have lots more :) But if your plate is that full of superfree I think you'll be fine :)

As I am reading your reply I'm eating strawberries, LOL!
Thing is with me, I love the ss foods and am enjoying eating more of them :)
My serving is one baked potatoes' worth which makes around 8-10 wedges at a time.
Those sound like a good idea, I'll try them.
Thanks for calming me down. I suppose I'll find out tomorrow... Fingers crossed :-D
