Princess fat free mini marshmallows syns

Plz may i have the syns for the above item plz it says 7 kcal per sweet? i like to have these with my hot choc of an evening how many can i have do u think thanks x

If they are 7 kcal a sweet, just use the 1 syn per 20kcals rule, as they have no free food. I guess you'd have to round the total kcals of the sweets you had up or down to get the overall syn value.
So for example, 3 sweets would be 21 kcal, which is about 1 syn
