M&S fisherman's pie syns

Hello, does anyone know how many syns are in M&S's fisherman's pie please? It comes in a red box if that helps and it's cod with potato and cheese sauce. It's 290 calories. I expect it's quite high but it's scrummy.

I've had a look at Syns Online- the only fish pie I could find was Count on Us, Fish Pie.
That's not the one is it?

If you post the nutritional info we can work it out. Calories, protein, carbs and fat (per 100g/per portion) and the portion size. And whether it has a free food (top item in the Ingredients list).

9.7g carbs

Free foods are: potatoes and cod
