Pavlova - help

I want to make a Pavlova for a dessert for a dinner party next week - but what can I use instead of cream for the filling?

Personally, I would use 0% Greek yoghurt mixed with lemon curd and topped with mandarins and chocolate shavings.

I read you can mix quark, white chocolate Options and fakey sugar for a creamy non-veggie topping.

If you want to make it Eaton Mess instead of pavlova (which let's face it is just a pavlova someone dropped! lol) then you can use any of the free muller lights - I break up meringue, and mix it with lots of 'summer fruits' and some of the new coconut flavour mullers - it's scrummy!
