You ALWAYS go no matter how big you think the gain is gonna be, if you don't go you will continue to eat what you shouldn't and it will just be a vicious cycle!!
Yep, definitely go. You might say "I'll lose what I put on this week, then go next week." But whether you actually do is another matter!
