Confused

What kind of diet do you want though?

A slimming club like SW or WW
Calorie counting
Atkins
Or one of the VLCD

First thing you need to decide is what kind of diet would suit you
 
Forget about target weights and aim for half a stone at a time.

Cut out fast food/ready meals etc. Eat more unprocessed natural food. Good quality protein and low GI carbs. Start with that until you decide what kind of plan will suit you.
