Yes they are lovely in here!!! I have also been helped quite a lot and even by people that have no more weight to lose and are still here helping others!!!!! thank you very much from me too!!!

Am not sure if I would have taken the Dukan plunge had it not been for this site. Also I am a bit of a novice working around all the icons and tools so please know that I really am grateful for every reply offered.

The dukan diet is so different from the mainstream diets which have been pushed at us for years, that it can be really confusing in the first few days.
