Soup & Curry Recipe

Have a look on the recipe thread.

You can eat chicken tandoori style in attack.

Marinate skinless chicken in a mix of yogurt, garam masala, chilli powder, salt, garlic and lemon juice for 24 hours, then grill.

Serve with a squeeze of lemon, and a sauce of yogurt and chopped fresh coriander.

I have made a chicken soup today by boiling the chicken bones (with some chicken left on) to make a stock. Leave to cool and take the fat off the surface, then take the bones out and add any remaining chicken back into the soup, add some bouillon powder, garlic and black pepper and cook again for 10 mins or so, then liquidise this down. Was quite thin/light but very chicken-y. You could add some chicken/ham chunks in to the soup at the end too. Was quite a lot of guess-work - just wanted a change from eating meat and fish.

Edited to add - oooooh just thought - you could add some curry powder with the bouillion and make chicken curry soup!!
