What is the problem? You are doing working solution - three packets and a low carb meal. That's fine - you will not lose weight as quickly as TS - just three packets, but you will still lose weight. The more weight you need to lose the more rapidly it comes off. Its often best to just do what you can - don't beat yourself up, WS is good too.

You are doing really well skinny, don't put too much pressure on yourself and just do what you can - beating yourself up isn't going to help you especially when there could be a hell of a lot worse things to eat - you are eating the right stuff! You will get there and will have a fab hol at the end of these 7 weeks!! I hope you have a great week hun *hugs*
 
thanks guys : ) your positive responses are much more motivating than a telling off. ive just had the last chicken breast for tea so nothing left thats safe for me to eat. this should hopefully result in the rest of the week being 100% x
 
Hi Skinny. You're doing amazingly well. Consider your WSing a step towards TSing. You're going in the right direction and as long as the weight comes off, that's the main thing.
