I everyone I have just signed up to this web site after following it for a long time. I have struggle and struggle with weight for a long time and tried so many diets all failed and I think I know nearly everything about dieting. Me and my body is in disarray too much dieting don't know which way to turn. However I must keep going and going as one day something will click into place. Last night while a tesco's my 3 year old was looking at a large lady shopping and he turned to me and said 'that lady is like you, mummy' I knew straight away what he was referring to and it hurt so much that my baby thinks of me like that so I am trying to use that situation to give me motivation.

Aww bless u, that must have been heart breaking to u, it is said so innocently and our children love us regardless of what size we are, my children never made a comment when I was huge, although now my daughter looks at photos and says she didn't realise I was as big as I was, and boy I see it too,

Weight watchers has been my saviour, and like u have tried for many yrs to slim, finally something clicked and it is coming off, my life has changed so much now I can shop in normal shops and get nice things in my size and for the first time in yrs I feel normal & not conscious of people staring at me when I'm out especially if I'm having something to eat, my health & fitness has improved a lot and I now have a lot more confidence,

U can do it, weight watchers makes it so easy it fits in with family lifestyle & doesn't feel like a diet is definatly a life style change,

Good luck & well done on taking what hopefully will be ur last battle with diets etc xx
