Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone could tell me how many syns I should allow for some margarine- enough for one slice of toast. Had scrambled eggs an a slice of toast earlier in a cafe earlier an used bread as hxb but need to know syns 4 the marg. Thanks

Full fat margarine or butter is 2 syns per teaspoon (level) and obviuosly a bit less for reduced fat, but I'm not sure exactly x

just look at calories on tub, will be 1 syn for every 20 calories, as no free food allowance.

My guess would be that a cafe would use at least a couple of teaspoons of margerine as one spoonful goes virtually nowhere.

I would imagine butter and milk were used in the scrambled eggs too
