Cheese and onion crisps??

I have just had a brief look on the net and the calorie and fat content is very ( if not same) similar to walkers cheese& onions crisps….I know I bag of those on either red or green days is 9syns…so based on that assumption they must also be 9syns

You can save yourself tons of time by using the 1 syn = 20 calories rule on stuff like this.

All foods that have no free food allowance can be calculated in this manner.

This means sweets, chocolate, cakes, crisps (potatoes dont count for free food in snack form), soups, prepack sandwiches, jars, sauces, alcohol, drinks, desserts, dressings, pizzas, pastry products... there's a list on the SW website but that covers most of it.

So if they are 9 syns - they must be about 180 calories for the packet.

Remember though - this only counts for foods with no free food allowance. So dont try applying it to everything. You'd run out of syns in no time!!!
