When do you weigh in? If you've been 100% otherwise, I don't think you have to stress over it too much
Anyway, better to get back on track regardless of how 'bad' you were- otherwise you might be 'bad' for longer than necessary.

I always had a much better attitude before. If I had a blow out or event I would get right back on track the very next morning. You can't guarantee a loss next weigh in, but I've never had a gain from one night of excess......3 days of excess is another matter :|

I had a 4 day off track week last week and had a 3.5 pound gain because for some reason I had the 'well I've blown it anyway now so here goes', normally I lose it for a meal then straight back on.
