Starting a new life! Need help!

Hi all, new to this website but not to struggling with weight!!! All my life overweight but at heaviest ever this am! Need to pull head out of sand and look straight in the mirror. I have 3 wonderful kids who need me to be able to run after them and play! Must focus on me and sort myself out! Have started watching what I am eating, following a dieticians plan. Would love some guidance and support, ye all sound so amazing!
 
Hey!! Im in the same boat as you apart from having 4 kids haha! We can do this hun, i nearly fell off guard but so fed up of being overweight also. Like you i have been big since the age of 3 and always known as 'the big girl' i hope you every success on this journey xxx
 
Thanks Missyheidi! Good to hear the support! 4 kids, thats fab! Bet they keep you busy! I always blame them for my lack of time, but its only an excuse.
