Gym Activity - How to Work out AP?

Hi all,
I've not been on for a while as I kind of lost my way .

I'm hoping to start back at WW next week. I go to the gym approx 3 times a week and do 2 Aqua-aerobics classes twice a week.

I know how to point the Aqua aerobics but not the gym bit.

I do weights on arms and legs and then cardio. I burn approx 300 - 500/600 cals doing cardio.

Any ideas how to work out exercise points because I would like to use them as I'm always really hungry when I get home?

Thanks for any tips and advice you guys may have

Hope you are all well

I always say dont point your APs, save them for your extra weightloss, you will feel better when the weight comes off quicker! :D

I know what you mean but I would like to use them as I could eat a scabby horse when I get back, but if my weight loss slows I can stop using these.

I'm assuming if I burn 400 cals then using the 1ppt to 40 cals rule I would have earned 10 APs .

I'm still confused about how to work out AP's for the weights though

Thanks anyways and good luck to you

My phone app works them out if you let me know your weight mins of activity and whether its low medium or high intensity I can work it out

you need to refer to the book you got, or esource to work out your points.

In the book its near the back of the little pocket guide (its purple) and on esource - the box on the left hand side (where you calc points for food) has a tab, and the other tab works out AP. Its based on intensity and duration
