confused newbie - healthy extras

Hi all

I have bought the slimming world books of the internet and I'm doing it my self at home.

Im confused over the healthy extra b choice. I will be doing mainly red days but there is only one healthy extra b page which is just beans in the new book. Do I combine this with the healthy extra b page from the extra easy section too?

I tried this a few years ago and it didn't work for me but im determined this time round to make it work. any advise?
 
I'm doing extra easy, so not really sure of red and green.....but in my book, on the red HE B page it includes garden peas, pasta, potatoes and parsnips....as well as lots of different kinds of beans!

yeah thats what mine has but im sure you have have bread as a healthy extra but its not in the red bit of the book, its sooo confusing lol

Hi, on a red day, you use your b choices from the red section - pg 33 and the orange section - pg 22 - 25. Hope this helps and good luck! Xx
 
Hello I am new too, I don't understand the healthy extras A & B sections either.

I am doing green days as I find this best for me as I am a vegetarian but I have the green "B" list but can't find the "A" list.

Very confused!
