Hi everyone!

Well i got fed up of not being able to exercise much due to not a lot of room to do my wii in my room anymore and also with working 45hrs a week i lost motetivation for a bit, anyway, i have now brought a combo crosstrainer and exercise bike...

and although i have this (need to build it when i get home ;) ) i am wondering whats the best way to exercise and eat time wise to loss weight, before i use to swim 6hrs in 3 days, and i tonned but didnt lose the weight

so basically i have my breakfast around 7
lunch at 12
dinner at 7

thats my routine atm, but im wondering if anyone could help me work out best times to eat before / after workout and the better things to eat to help me lose the weight, i am on WW so if anyone could help me with foods and times, i can fit that into my ww lifestyle and the times i work etc

i can fit in snacks at work to keep the boost going like fruit etc at 10 and 3 ... sorry i work in a nursery and these are the times that the children eat, 10am is snack, 11 dinner, 3 tea etc and my own lunch break is always 12 :)

i get up at 6.30 and have breakfast at 7, and i get home for 6.30 and usually get dinner done for 7... however im planning on doing 30mins crosstrainer and 30mins bike when i get in .. so was wondering if to eat before? .. and if so how long id have to wait to do exercising afterwards, or to eat after.. and then how long i have to leave after exercising to eat etc! :D i am planning on having shakes to help me heard these are good to use straight after work out :)

but any other help would be amazing thankyou so much for listening to the long thread! :) x

Hi there,
In my opinion working all day knowing you have a busy routein when you get in (as in tea, and train for an hour and what ever else you have to do) will soon get tiring. I know you get up pretty early anyway but I would suggest trying to get up that little bit earlier and getting 30mins exercise in 1st thing.

. They say cardio exercise is best effective 1st thing
. After you have done it, it would put you in a good mood all day.
. Saves time when you get in after work
. Even though you would of getting up earlier it will boost your energy through out the day, better than just getting up and heading off to work
One of the main thing in my opinion when doing cardio training is the intensity, and working hard for 30mins is far easier than trying to go for it for a full hour.

Good luck
Lee
