Hi guys,
Ive done slimming world before, and lost the weight but I'm struggling to get motivated to go it again and don't feel in control. Any tips for getting started and motivated again? I'm very on-the-go, work long hours sometimes, and do a lot of exercise too, so anyone got any quick snack or meal ideas?
