I know there not good, but as I am going to have some tonight I would like to still know how many syns they are so I'm still in control...

my favourite is raspberry cosmopolitan which is cranberry juice based with vodka, fresh raspberries

Any ideas?

Well you could measure your vodka if making them yourself, 35ml of vodka is 4syns and 142ml of cranberry juice is 4.5syns.

Thanks Misskiki...I won't be making them myself but thanks for the syn breakdown. If I was to say 8.5 a drink I think I would cover it as don't think it would be even as much as 142ml in those martini glasses

No problem yeah I'd say so, I know for a fact that 35ml of vodka is a normal pub/club measure so that would be bang on with the syns
