as she is sunning herself on holiday.... me sooooo jealous :p

anyway i have got on my scales this morning at usual wi time and they are saying a 5lb loss...

now here is my dilemma - do i go with it and record it as my weightloss for this week?
or do i wait until next week when i see my cdc?
because i don't want to record 5lb as my loss only to discover next week my scales were wrong

I think that would depend on which weight record you've been using, if you always take your CDCs scales then I would personally just wait until she gets back x

Do you ever weigh your yourself on yours at about the same time? And if so what's the difference? I always go by my scales cos then it's always the same time of day. 5lb is pretty cool though mines shifting pretty slowly at the mo :-(

Do you know what the difference usually is? My CDC usually weighs me 2-3lbs heavier in clothes at 6pm so if you know what the difference usually is, record that weight as your inbetween one. If you look at my weights in my sig - I've been away and my CDC's been away, I record my home weight in my side panel as that is 'what I weigh' and in my signature I record my CDC's official weigh ins on the weeks I actually get weight.

they are usually about the same :)
