Grams of fat per day

Hi, just wondering if any one else has looked into this. Been looking up about daily calories/fat content etc and read that having a very low fat content is bad for your health. I know slimming world is not bad for you obviously lol but have been checking my daily fat content and its totaling between 10 and 25 grams of fat (all fats) per day. It just doesn't seem like much. I am happy with my weight loss and know slimming world is the best plan for healthy weight loss. Just been reading lots of articles saying how we need a certain ammount of fat to stay health long term. x
 
It's not quite as simple as there being a fixed number of grams you should be having. This article explains is well

Thanks for the link. I have already read that article. Very informative. I think i google too much :). As i said i'm not worries about it just wondering really x
 
Its all very complicated (to my brain anyway) but though its said that sw isn't a diet its a way of life it is a weight loss plan and then when you get to your target weight more fat etc can be introduced as healthy extras for long term health benefits.
I personally feel a bit healthier (less tired and feel I have more colour etc) since being at target and eating a bit more fat etc (in the form of healthy extra's obviously ;) ) but it was of course necessary for me to lose the weight by eating less fat to get to this point.
This is of course just my personal experience/thoughts :)
