I joined SW on Monday morning feeling very positive about myself, and thinking that this time was going to be different to all the other times that I had tried and failed to lose weight.
I was doing realy realy well up untill today when I got quite upset with myself over something stupid, and so went on a bit of a binge to try make myself feel better. I could realy kick myself, why on earth did I do it ? and only after a few days. :cry:
The weekend starts tomorrw, and for me this usually means lots of booze and junk food. I hope I can stir up the will power to get myself back on track. I`m realy enjoying SW and I realy do want to keep at it.
