Vegetarian yoghurt??

Can anybody help me?
I've seen so many posts lately about muller lights and the new flavours that I am craving yoghurts now.

Anyone know of any nice, low Syn yoghurts that don't have geletine in?
X

Nah, Muller are pretty much the only ones that have gelatine in them. You can have the Activia and Onken yoghurts, the Shape 0% and the supermarket own brand versions of mullerlights. Just make sure you check the strawberry ones as these can sometimes have cochineal colouring in them.

I eat the shape fat free yogurts, they're lovely & quite creamy. I also like the big Onken pots of fat free yogurt, the strawberry one, like most strawberry yogurts, isn't veggie though x

Ooh thanks everyone! Will try activa and shape 0% Have had onken strawberry :( but no more!
Feel like an idiot standing in supermarket reading the ingredients on everything! X

I think that Shape Zero have rebranded and are now called Shape Delight. Most now have 1/2 a syn, apart from cherry flavour and strawberry flavour which are free.

I havent tried them yet (not since they were shape zero anyway) -they have some new dessert type flavours (apple crumble etc) which have got to be worth half a syn!

I was going to get shape delights at morrisons today and did a quick search. They are 5 and a half syns!!!! These were choc , white choc or caramel. Bought activia instead so off to try one! X
