How much water do u need to drink poer day to assist wiuth weight loss? i am at the mo drinking 3 litres is this enough??
 
I think this is fine.
General reccomendation is 2 litres plus more if you exercise :)
 
2 litres is what they say to have per day...I find it so difficult to drink so much fluid...but to be very honest on the weeks that i do manage to drink a lot of water i always have a great weight loss...So I guess it works...don't know how but it does...lol...xx
