Working long hours and WW..,

Hi guys,

I am starting WW on Sunday and just wondered if it mattered how evenly I spread my points? I have two jobs at the moment, the first being 8am - 5pm and the second 6pm - 10pm. I am going to have to have my main meal at lunch on week days so will probably have some variation of a micro meal about 12 and then will have to have something like a sandwich about 4.30pm, then that will prob be it, I will try and use a fair few points at breakfast too, so I can get them all in!

Do you think this will affect my weight loss or will it be ok to do it this way?

Yes that will be fine, as long as you eat your points it doesnt matter when you use them.x
