Have done a search, can't find these....

Went to Chinese for lunch, can anyone help me syn this:

2 chicken satay skewers ( teeny tiny bit of sauce)
Chicken satay & boiled rice

Can't find syn vales anywhere online & don't have eating out book here :-( x

Anyone know? There's nothing on google, here or syns online for these, v strange indeed!

Looking online at syns online the average for the prepared satay skewers is 4.5syns each
And most satay sauces to make at home are 10.5syns for something that would make 2-3 portions.. does that help?

I personally would syn it up as 14syns.

There are two varieties of satay sauce, one contains nuts, one is smooth and spicy. The nutty version would be a lot higher.
