I worked them out at half each? Well the syn calculator did?

18 calories each makes them 1 syn each.

no free food allowance, so 1 syn for every 20 calories.

I have just re checked these, the are 6.5 calories each and work out a 0.5 syns each xx

I used the nutritional info on the box says there 6.5 calories each and it worked it out 0.5 each, I havent had any yet but will ask my c about them x

Yeah there mini ones lol so they are 0.5 syns each ?

If they're 6.5 calories each then yes they're 1/2 a syn each.
Or you could have three for one syn because 3 x 6.5 = 19.5cals and 1 syn per 20 calories.

The confusion is because the only ones listed online are these:

Rakusen's >
Crackers, 99% Fat Free, each 1
Herb & Onion Crackers, 99% Fat Free, each 1

which are not the ones you've got. Just go by the 1 syn per 20 cal rule and you cant go wrong.

woops just ate 4 of these with my cottage cheese, they are very nice really gave me the crunch i needed but at 4 syns I wish I had choose better !!! still never mind as long as I enjoyed them, se what guessing gets you, I guessed half a syn each

No unfortunately they were the normal ones , same as a Jacobs , but I dont use many syns per day anyway so it ok.
