Day 8 today and 2nd day on cruise and on a PP day. Used ketostix during attack which showed negative! Just done another test and it's showing I'm well and truly in ketosis! Very surprised as I had lots of veggies yesterday!

Thank you very much! Same to you!! I bought ketostix from Sainsburys but you can get them from any pharmacy! You simply wee on the stick, wait 15 seconds and match the colour to the colour card. They cost around £5.35 for 50.

No problem. I've done some reading and apparently the amount of water you drink dilutes the readings. So, if you have been drinking loads of water the result can be diluted. It's recommended using them around 2 hours after a meal.
