Terrified of re-feed!

Well folks, due to severe lack of money it looks like i'm going to have to re-feed this week starting on thursday :( i really can't afford to spend €65 euro and i'm so sad and scared that i have to eat real food again!
I still have a stone or so to lose to be at my target, but would like to lose a bit more than that. I know weight loss on re-feed/maintenance will be slower but i hope to be able to lose anyway.
I plan on spreading the re-feed week over 2 weeks, hoping that this will increase my chance of losing more. i'll do day 1 for 2 days, day 2 for 2 days, day 3 for 3 days and then days 4-7 for the second week on. Hopefully this will work out well, i guess only time will tell.
Anybody else got any hints or tips for maintaining a decent weekly loss while using the maintenance foods? and which ones are nicest? i'm gonna miss my shakes :(

hey hun, if you follow the refeed sheet to the letter thers no reason why you cant lose your last stone, when i 1st did LT i lost 1 stone refeeding, but i sort of stuck to it for about 4 weeks but introduced something little each day after the 2nd week xxx good luck xx

Thanks for the words of wisdom Claire. feelin a bit better about it now, excited to have a little bit of grilled chicken with some salad. :)

Hi Lily,

How are you getting on?

I started re-feed on Sat, normally would buy my shakes EUR65 but went food shopping and I have to say TFR is much cheaper ... Buying fresh salad and fish etc each day has really added up!

It was EUR5 for the salad I it yesterday for lunch and then tea was 3.50 for a piece if whitening and 1.99 for a bag of mixed salad, and 1 for a pepper ... It's all adding up!

If you genuienly want to re-feed defo go ahead but sticking to the refeed with good quality healthy food is seriously pulling my purse strings! ;-)

Hope it goes well!

Becky boo i see where you're coming from, it's so much cheaper to buy junk food! haha i think that was why i ended up here in the first place. Luckily for me once i start re-feed tomorrow i will be able to dig into my mam's fridge again! I'm a student living at home you see so there's always chicken fillets in the freezer and salad stuff lying round. All i'll be spending really is the €18 euro for the 7 maintenance foods (a friend from work gave me 3 sachets she doesn't want so that means i only have to buy one pack of them) and whatever other extras i need, so for me re-feed will be much cheaper than TFR! :D
How is it going for you? Has your appetite changed much?

Thanks Avaya! i'm actually kind of looking forward to it now, have been reading peoples re-feed diaries and my mouth is watering, i can't sleep! hahaha
