Starting again.. Need abit of help

Heyy starting again .. just wanna check my menu

B: Scrambled egg with 1 ounce cheddar

L: Tuna in oil drained with onion and mayonnaise (Heinz full fat)

D: Chicken (from hot food counter sainsbury's basic roast chicken) with salad and mayonnaise plus boiled egg.

Hi Sarah and welcome back

I would take out the onion, as it's high in carbs, and add in lots more leafy greens instead - cabbage, lettuce, spinach, kale, broccoli. Two to three mugs a day plus unlimited protein will get you into ketosis and keep you there.

And lots and lots of water! :)
