Hi. Having got the WW propoint scales I'm confident of working out points of all foods in solid form but what about liquids. I made a thai green curry last week with lite coconut milk but when I came to calculate the points I measured a quarter of the can out and then put it on my scales and used the nutritional information on the can but it stated it was per 100ml volume and not 100g weight. Am I way off the propoint value using this method. I can't find any reference online, even the WW web calculator is for 100g weight. If nobody can help me I can ask my leader on thursday.
