i started last wednesday,on green,iv really tried i am struggling with water intake and chocolate:cry:

1 activia (vanilla)
1 apple
cous cous (roast veg)
muller light (strawberry)

1 treat size milky way

2 slices of toast
28g cheese
1 pkt of french fries

jacket potato

how am i doing im trying to eat regular,im more hungry evenings tho,i know its not great
any advise please help me
