Hi all does anyone know the syn value for new Ryvita Crackers made for cheese? I can't find it anywhere?

Simple - 1 syn for every 20 calories

As regards syns just look at the packaging i.e. 20 cals for 1 and half the cals.....20 is 1 syn. Makes it easier when you are shopping......
20 is 1
30 is 1.5
40 is 2 etc
Then you will find yourself in Asda saying things like...'oh no that's not worth 6 syns' ....

They are on the SW website at 1.5 syns each.
