Couple of questions....

I onlt started today, but i think more people drink coke zero. Something to do with citric acid in diet coke. Not sure on water but i plan to add a dash of cold water to my coffee rather than take milk.
 
Tink is right , diet coke is a no no as citric acid effects ketosis , but coke zero and Dr pepper zero are ok in moderation ( try not to drink too much as it can make you hungry ) , as for skimmed milk , it is not on plan , and will add calories to your intake , so may slow losses slightly .. but a lot of people use it and still have great results . Not officially allowed though
 
u can always add a bit of the vanilla shake to tea or coffie but i wouldnt suggest milk cause ur not keeping to the calory intake for the day x good luck with your journey hope you have some great losses x
 
Coke zero is a life saver havent tried dr pepper zero yet but i will be trying it very soon.... :)
 
Dr Pepper zero is great...really refreshing over a glass of crushed ice... helps break up the water, tea or coffee boredom that sets in at times...
 
I will make sure i try it then maybe on weigh day as a treat :)
