Hi all,
I have not weighed myself since weds, but don;t feel like I've lost. I had 2 high protein meals yesterday and I'm hungry today. I could murder some bread and butter (just want to stuff it in, thank god it's in the freezer!!!).
Well managed to resist temptation and another week over. Not able to weigh myself as I do it at work and not working till Tuesday afternoon, so hoping to have a loss. Only a week and a half till my holidays.
