Just had my WI to mark my 3rd month on the diet and i've lost exactly 3 stone!! :bliss:

It's so good to see that ticker move past the half way point. It feels like only yesterday I was making it!

You're doing great, before you know it you'll be 3/4's towards your goal and then onto the home straight, keep it up!!
