another out of curiousity question

overworked underpaid mum!
so, been on a look about, and on that all about w8 forum it had a list of other things u can do with food packs. in theory, could u sort of do the same with exante packs?if u get all bored and stuff?
 
hey , in theory you can , although they recommend you dont as they are unsure how cooking etc effects the vitamins and nutrients , so if you did it is suggested you only do it occassionally . That said I tried most of the things , muffins , cookies , crisps etc , and they all tasted ok but not great .. worth a try if you get bored though !!!
 
You shouldn't as determinator says it affects the nutrients if you do it should be a once every so often thing not a regular thing
 
Yeah that's what i mean, as in a now and then type thing. Sure i read u can have them hot on the website, but then obviously hot and nuked are 2 diff things. Was interesting reading though. Made me think though, how on earth do people come up with such ideas? ' U WILL TURN INTO CAKE DARN SHAKE IF IT KILLS ME!!!!!' lol ice cream sounds lush though! I'd be up for trying that on a hot day
