Hi everyone after browsing for a little while I have joined, I found your site recently whilst looking for Dukan recipes. Some years ago I did Atkins with good results but have since stopped smoking, working & Atkins!
So here I am nearly 5 st heavier & looking forward to reading more and getting to know you all a little better.
