Started discovery points 3 weeks ago but last week i had lots of rubbish foods as wasnt feeling to well so want to start over again and try my hardest to stick to it. Hope you're all doing better than me lol
Hi Unabell. Well done for coming back. Its soooo hard once you eat a load of rubbish to give up completely. Think of how good you're going to look when you get to your goal. Good luck. Keep at it

I've started keeping a food diary this time to help me stay within points. My downfall is im not great at cooking so getting ideas that help fill me up is a problem. I notice there's a receipe page on this site so going to take a look at that. Thanks
