Home made pasta sauces

Thought it would be nice to have a thread with just pasta sauces: (I love pasta)-

You'll need:

Tin tomato
1 onion - red diced
1tbsp worcheshire sauce
1tbsp balsamic vinegar
1tsp smoked paprika

How to:
Fry off the onions - use some spray light
add in the paprika then the wet ingredients

To this you can add chickpeas, or butterbeans (around 8 per tin)

This is tastier than it sounds, lovely smokey flavour
 
Oh another favourite of mine:

2 slices sorrento ham (2pp)
tin tomato
some red pepper
garlic
mushrooms
1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar and worcheshire

fry off the onions, then add all the other ingredients adding the tin of tomato last. Its yum
 
My new love is stirring a big dollop of extra light Philly into pasta sauce, it makes it so gorgeously rich and creamy and only for one extra point.
