What about painting your nails or a nice bubble bath, or maybe putting a face pack on as you know your not hungry so maybe avoiding food is the best way?

Failing that you could have some dust, dust anyone? Dust........

This is when your superfree comes in.

You make up a huge bowl of salad, or have fruit. Also, try carrot sticks, celery, apple, and you can snack til your heart (and stomach) is content;)

BTW, you should NEVER be without fruit & veg - I shop 3 times a week to ensure a fresh and constant supply. I've found being without fruit & veg is akin to being without oxygen!!

A mantra I'm fond is....

Fail to prepare, prepare to fail;)

Another top tip often mentioned on here is try drinking more - especially water. Quie often we mistake thirst for hunger.

By the way, I got one of those french fry cutters and use it to chop cucumber, carrots, courgettes etc. makes gazillions of little julienne sticks.;)

Great for nibbles!

Now to find/make a syn-free dip

Syn free dips are easy, peasy Stevie babe.
to 0% fat fromage frei or fat free natural yogurt as a base add a tablespoonful of chutney ( sorry one syn ) a pinch of cumin or flaked chilies or both leave to stand in the fridge for an hour or two.

Or add tomato puree, basil and mint

Or a spoonful of teriyaki

If you want more let me know !!!!

love from mumsie lol xxxxx

do you have any garlic dip ideas please fillymum

Yup, sure do ..................

Boil a couple of eggs until hard, blend with 0% fat natural yogurt, use either fresh crushed garlic or the bottled variety,
and add a tablespoonful of chutney, any variety, your choice and cumin for a more oriental flavour, add the lot with salt to the yogurt and garlic mix and blend again.........I promise you it is gooooooood !!!

For a garlic dip I roast some garlic in the oven - a whole bulb probably (a hot oven for about 25-35mins) and then smoosh and mix in with the fat free fromage frais and add chive and cracked black pepper.

Would you peel the garlic first or does it go in with the skin on? X

I roast in the skin then squeeze and it pops out of the skin, easy peasy.
