Hi everyone!! I've been on LT TFR for 10 days now. I'm really struggling to not think bout food! I want to have ONE MEAL to make me forget bout it and move on!! What will happen if I do that??? Any advice??? Xx

suppose it depends on what meal you have, though its very likely to knock you out of ketosis meanin you will have to go though the first hard 3 days again, is it really worth it? you may also gain some weight back that you've spent the last 10 days workin hard to lose

plus, one meal is never just one meal and it probably wont get it out your system

Also once you have one meal, I think it's a slippery slope towards giving up completely. I have seen this happen on these boards when people have picked at food.

Try to stay strong, it will pass :D

Hi, Im on Day 12 and gagging to eat too but I know one bite will lead to falling off the wagon completely. I struggle too but it does pass. I can feel and see weightloss already, Im sure youre the same, and thats whats keeping me going. Im even getting some confidence back and thats all good too. Youve done great to get this far, keep going x

stick at it Nix. Take your mind off it by having a look at some new clothes on-line that you would like to wear when you are slimmer. ;)

Stick with it nix .I am now on day 23 and have found distraction techniques have worked making sure I avoid tv ads in the evening as there are always meal one - M&S are the worse . at point not so bothered as long as I can smell food dont want to eat it .
Long may it last. You can do this

Yeah, what the others said, don't do it!! The cravings will pass, just try to distract yourself. Having a meal could put you back to square 1. x

I agree, don't do it. It won't be worth it, if you are anything like me you could not take the disappointment of a small weight loss never mind a possible gain.

Hi Everyone,

I'm also on day 12 and, like others, I am really struggling not to eat. :eat:

It makes me feel so much better knowing that it is not just me. The words of encouragement are so helpful...thank you to those who post about their struggles and to those who help!:)
