I reeeeeally need something to eat, what can i eat that wont effect ketosis. I really just want a piece of toast or something
I'm not sure if im in ketosis or not yet. But pleeeeeeease someone tell me can i eat even a cuppa with milk or soooomething.
I seriously have NO energy at all. Cant walk down the stairs without everything going blurry. So dizzy and faint, and starving. If this lasts, i'm going to have to give up.
Is there any way you can do the full programme, but do 2 shakes a day, and have 1 meal?
