I'm sure this has been asked before but I can't find the answer...

How DO you actually calculate 2 tbsp of something like broccoli?

The only accurate way would be to mush up your vegetables surely and I'm sure not many people do that, or do they?

So do most people just try and do a sensible guess?

How do you measure yours? :)

I just take a sensible serving... to be honest I usually just have mushrooms, but I do 2 tablespoons of cooked ones (which I slice up really thinly!!) therefore you can get more on the spoon (I know that is not a healthy way to look at it!!)

If you look at the calorific and carb content of veg it is minimal, a sensible sized portion will be fine and no risk to ketosis.

Mushrooms are allowed on AAM :)
