Veganism isn't a diet.
My friend sent me some packets (powdered) of Old Fashioned Egg Nog and I was wondering how many Syns it would be...
Unfortunately because it is American they don't do nutritional facts like we do.
But it does say serving size 3 tbsps (30g) makes 8 fl.ox. Servings per container 4.
Then it goes on about daily value.
Not sure if this bit is any good though.
Amount Per serving Mix
Calories 120
Calories from fat 5
I know it is going to be high Syn as it's top two ingredients are sugar products..
But is anyone could help I would be really grateful
