Hi, I'm a newbie to Weight Watchers. Only joined on Tuesday, I'm doing fine with my 29 pro points but its the 49 weekly points that confuse me. Any help and advice would be more than welcome. Also new to this site just today so I have no idea if I'm doing this right lol
You weeklies are there if you want to use them they are optional. Some use them all throughout week like 7 extra a day. Some keep them all for a weekend treat. You can use as many or as little as you like of them. There like a safety net; makes pro points so adaptable to real every day life where sometimes an unplanned day/night out can be dealt with with the weeklies x
I normally use my weeklies on the weekends. I find that's when I need the extra flexibility. Plus I weigh in on Saturdays so it means I'm eating more at the start of the week (which makes me think I'll shake it off during the week and lose more...).
