I started dukan at the end of May, it was going well but I've had about 2-3 weeks off dukan I quit before reaching consolidation. I put on about 13lbs so I'm now heavier than when I started last time lol
I want to restart but should I do the attack phase again? Or go straight to cruise? Last time my attack phase was only 4 days (calculated by the website) and again its the same so I'm not sure that it'd be a massive impact to repeat it?
