is holy communion at mass ok?

Started on monday, doing really well and just had a random thought - I am catholic anc go to church each week. Will I be ok to have holy communion - just the bread not the wine? I have no idea whats in it but am sure its carbs....

I think for the tiny amount you have itll be perfectly ok

Unless your church gives you big doorsteps of bread
