how many carbs?

hi how many carbs are in 1 med tomarto? and 2 small muchrooms?

I am still getting grips with all that. I bought my Peppers in a packet as it has the nutritional breakdown on it which I used to then calculate how many carbs based on weight.

I will do the same for tomatoes but on induction so not having any yet. I did look at them breifly in the supermarket but cant remember how many carbs??

Maybe you could try that?? sorry I couldnt be more help.

thanks everyone are you not allowed tom's on induction then? i thought you can as long as you count the carbs? :0/ x

Please can you tell me what a fitness pal is? Sorry if that sounds a silly question but I've never heard of one. Thank you !

My Fitness Pal is a website with a food diary section that calculates your daily totals. You need to fiddle with the settings for Atkins as it is pre set to around 165g of carbs. I also have it as an app on my phone so can update wherever I am.
