first time of posting my food diary.... is it ok?

Hello

Im just wondering if someone could look at my food diary and see if ok as worried about the 1/3 being superfree...

Breakfast: Activa yog, banana and strawberries.

Lunch: jacket potatoe, cheese (HEA) salmon and salad. Or salmon salad with cold potatoes and egg.

Dinner: Fish based with vege or salad (dont eat meat)

HEB 2 alpen bar lights.

Syns: usually 10 syns a day... crisps or chocolate moose.

If Im hungry i snack all the time on fruit or yoghurt....

This ok for extra easy? I eat fish but not meat and people say green days be better for me but i dont really like the HEA as not too keen on cheese and hate milk.
